• Clinic #1 Staff: 2 Family Medicine Physicians and 2 APRNs

• Clinic #1 Position Type: Future physician retirement replacement

• Clinic #2 Location: Harrison, AR

• Clinic #2 Staff: 1 Family Medicine Physician and 2 APRNs

• Clinic #2 Position Type: Physician retirement replacement

• Clinic #3 Location: Mountain Home, AR

• Clinic #3 Staff: 4 Physicians and 1 APP

• Clinic #3 Position Type: Replacement position for retiring physician

• Practice Setting: Hospital -employed and independent primary care clinic opportunities

• Additional Resources: ASC and Imaging Center available in Harrison, AR

• Specialty Support: 3 specialty clinics located in Harrison, AR

PATIENT INFORMATION

• Patient Demographics: Outpatient Family Medicine patients

• Patient Volume/Census: TBD

• Case Mix: General Family Medicine and Primary Care

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Active Arkansas Medical License or eligibility required

• BC/BE in Family Medicine required

• Active DEA required

• New graduates and experienced physicians encouraged to apply

• Strong interest in outpatient Family Medicine preferred

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions

• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and clinical support staff

• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation

• Promote continuity of care and preventive health management
