• Patient Volume: 25 Patients Per Day (Physician)

• Phone Consults: As Needed

• % of Practice: 100% Outpatient Primary Care

• Physician in Practice: Multidisciplinary Primary Care Team

• Support Staff: Multidisciplinary Community Health Center Staff

• Specialty Backup: Specialist Referral Network Available

• Case Mix:

- Preventive care

- Acute illness

- Chronic disease management

- Family medicine

- Community health, and health maintenance

• Procedures:
- Physical examinations

- Diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions,

- Medication management

- Ordering/interpreting laboratory

- Diagnostic studies, referrals, preventive medicine

- Behavioral health integration

- Patient education, and healthcare maintenance

• Office Equipment: Standard Outpatient Clinic Equipment

• EMR: (EMR not specified)

• Other Info:

- Bilingual candidates preferred

- Providers may be assigned to any of three clinic locations within the Richmond, VA area based on operational needs

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

• Active VA License

• DEA

• ECFMG Certificate Required (if foreign medical graduate)
