Patient Demographics: Full-spectrum family medicine; babies to retirees; If IM, can see 18+ and the FNPs can see the pedi patients.
Average Daily Volume: 8-14

FACILITY INFORMATION

EMR: Elation

REQUIRED PROCEDURES

Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
Perform comprehensive physical examinations
Develop individualized treatment plans
Promote wellness and preventive care
Coordinate specialty referrals when appropriate
Order and interpret diagnostic testing
Participate in quality improvement initiatives

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Board: BC/BE in Family or Internal Medicine
Licenses: Active NM license
DEA: Active DEA
Certification: BLS
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience
Other Qualifications: Clean background
