On-Call Requirements: After-hours on-call with Family Medicine colleagues
Duties/Scope:

Provide full-spectrum Family Medicine and preventive care
Manage acute & chronic conditions while supporting preventive health and wellness
Collaborate with MDs and APPs to coordinate high-quality care
Connect patients with laboratory, imaging, specialty, and other resources available

Requirements:

Boards: BC/BE
License: CO (or willing to obtain)
DEA: Active (prior to start)
Others: Clean Record; Visa status
