Required
- Newborn (birth-30 days)
- Infant (30 days - 1 year)
- Toddler (1-2 years)
- Child (3-13 years)
- Adolescent (13-18 years)
- Newborn care
- General outpatient

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Board: BC/BE
Licenses: Active MN license or willing to obtain
Certification: BLS

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients across all age groups, from newborns to adolescents and adults.
Manage acute and chronic medical conditions, including preventive care, health maintenance, and follow-up visits.
Perform routine physical examinations, health screenings, and immunizations.
Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services as needed to ensure continuity of care.
Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (Epic) and adhere to clinic protocols and standards.
