Qualifications

Education: Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program or Physician Assistant program.

Certification: Current national certification as an NP or PA.

Licensure: Eligible for or currently holding appropriate Connecticut licensure.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, preferably in Family Medicine, Primary Care, or a related outpatient setting.
