An established Urgent Care facility is seeking a Physician in Chattanooga, TN.

• M-F 8:00 am to 8:00 pm  Sat-Sun 8:00 am to 5:00 pm 
  
  
  
  • M-T on   W-Thur off  F-Sat-Sun on
  
  
  • M-T off   W-Thur on  F-Sat-Sun off 
  
  
  • No "on call" status
  
  
  
  


• 40-50 patients full shift 


• All ages 


• Walk-in Non-Emergency Urgent Care Clinic 


• Full support staff with multiple providers 


• EMR - Experity 

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee State License


• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine 


• Active DEA Registration 


• DOT Certified or willing to become DOT Certified 


• Current ACLS Certification 


• Registered with CAQH
