• Salary: $250,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday (8:30am – 5:00pm)
• Part Time Roles Available
• 3 patients per hour
• Provide primary health care to center patients within the family practice model.
• Serve on committees and perform assigned administrative responsibilities.
• Attend departmental meetings and participate in the night and weekend on-call coverage rotation.
• Assume teaching responsibilities as assigned, ensuring continuous learning and clinical excellence.
• Provide professional supervision for Nurse Practitioners, Midwives, and Physician Assistants, fostering collaboration with provider support personnel.
• Teach residents how to deliver comprehensive, high-quality patient care.
• Support resident development toward becoming practice-ready professionals.
• Demonstrate compassion, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence in both teaching and patient care.
• 60% FM Physician/40% Core Faculty for Residency Program

Requirements

• Compassionate Care
• Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Clear/Active New York licensure
