We are partnering with a well-established, community-focused healthcare organization seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join its growing primary care team in Southbury, Connecticut.

Position Responsibilities

• 
  

  Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.

  
  


• 
  

  Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.

  
  


• 
  

  Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate ongoing patient care.

  
  


• 
  

  Order and interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe appropriate medications and treatments.

  
  


• 
  

  Promote preventive care, wellness, and patient education.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).

  
  


• 
  

  Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing professional development.

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  MD or DO from an accredited medical school.

  
  


• 
  

  Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.

  
  


• 
  

  Eligible for unrestricted Connecticut medical licensure.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Prior experience is preferred but not required.
