We’re hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner who wants flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships while serving an underserved community.

You’ll step into an outpatient primary care role focused on treating adults and sick children ages five and older. You’ll manage acute and chronic conditions with clinical autonomy and support from a collaborative healthcare team. No routine well-child visits are required.

• You are a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• You hold an active Virginia Nurse Practitioner license or are eligible to obtain one
• You’re comfortable providing primary care to adults and treating sick children ages five and older
• You enjoy diagnosing and managing acute and chronic medical conditions
• You have strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills
• You value clinical autonomy and collaborative, team-based care
• New graduates are considered, with experienced providers preferred

Compensation & Benefits
• Hourly compensation starting at $65, with increases based on experience
