Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Flex Care Full-Time | Open to new graduates

A well-established, not-for-profit healthcare system in Renton, Washington is seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to join its collaborative primary care network. This Flex Care role supports multiple outpatient clinic locations and works closely with a highly skilled Family Medicine team to deliver patient-centered, team-based care to a diverse population.

This organization participates in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program.

Position Overview:

  Clinic Hours: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM

  
  


• 
  

  Schedule: Five 8-hour days per week

  
  


• 
  

  Provides same-day access for in-person and telehealth visits

  
  


• 
  

  Converts patient portal messages into telehealth or in-clinic appointments

  
  


• 
  

  Supports coverage when primary providers are out of office

  
  


• 
  

  Conducts “team visits” for new patients prior to establishing care

  
  


• 
  

  Performs Medicare Advantage Annual Wellness Visits

  
  


• 
  

  Assists with inbox management

  
  


• 
  

  Serves as “Provider of the Day” for urgent or walk-in concerns

  
  

Qualifications:

  Eligible for Washington State licensure

  DEA with full prescriptive authority

Compensation:

$130,000 – $145,000 annually
