We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Practice Medical Provider (MD, or PA) to join our growing independent primary care practice. Our membership-based model allows providers to focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Position Highlights

• Four-day work week


• Average patient load of approximately 20 patients per day


• Independent practice with provider autonomy

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages


• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions


• Perform preventive health screenings and wellness visits


• Develop personalized treatment plans and coordinate care as needed


• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation


• Foster strong, long-term relationships with patients and their families

Qualifications

• MD, or Physician Assistant (PA) with appropriate licensure


• Board certification in Family Medicine (for physicians)


• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills


• Commitment to patient-centered, relationship-based care


• Experience in primary care preferred, but motivated new graduates are welcome to apply
