Family Practice/Internal Medicine Physician - Full-Time Permanent Position

Location: Beverly Hills, CA

We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician to join our team in Beverly Hills. This full-time, permanent position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population, contribute to clinical excellence, and collaborate in improving healthcare delivery.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:30 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide primary care services, including conducting physical exams, diagnosing, and implementing treatment plans.


• Order and interpret laboratory, x-ray, and other diagnostic tests, adjusting treatments as necessary.


• Serve as a resource for patients and families, assisting them in navigating the healthcare system and addressing concerns.


• Mentor and collaborate with student and resident physicians, as well as clinical and support staff, regarding patient care.


• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, peer reviews, and the establishment of clinical standards.


• Collaborate with healthcare providers to address clinical concerns and identify opportunities for improving patient care.


• Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational improvements and the development of best practices.


• Assist in the development and implementation of new clinic programs and assume leadership roles in healthcare initiatives and projects.


• Identify and address staff training needs, working to create and deliver relevant training opportunities.

Position Requirements:

• Valid California medical license with no history of disciplinary action.


• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.


• Current DEA license and BCLS certification.


• Competency in evaluating and treating adult and pediatric ambulatory care patients.


• Basic knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations for patient care in a clinic setting.


• Familiarity with county, state, and federal programs such as CHDP, FPACT, EWC, Medi-Cal, and Title X preferred.
