We´re looking for a talented and personable provider available in Eastern Illinois. The essential duties and responsibilities of a SIHF Provider include the following: Provide the full scope of primary care services which fall under field of training, including but not limited to diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventive care and health maintenance.

Ideally we are looking for an experienced Family Medicine practitioner with excellent communication skills.

We will also consider new graduates with the desire to work in a community health care setting alongside other seasoned providers.

This isn't neurosurgery, it's family medicine in a rural community!
