Griffith Ford Seguin is looking for an F&I (Finance and Insurance) Manager to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a deep knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures and the ability to assist customers and close deals on additional product offerings.

  College degree preferred or equivalent experience

  Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures

  Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability

  Well-versed in title laws and registration process

  Professional personal appearance and extraordinary verbal/written communication skills

  Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills
