Red Rock Ford of Dickinson is seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our growing team.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced F&I professional or a top-performing automotive sales professional ready to take the next step in their career. Responsibilities

• Present financing, leasing, warranty, and vehicle protection products to customers.


• Secure financing through a network of lending partners.


• Ensure all contracts and paperwork are accurate and compliant.


• Maintain strong relationships with banks and finance sources.


• Maximize profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience.


• Partner with the sales team to ensure a smooth buying process.


• Stay current on lender programs, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Automotive dealership experience required.


• Previous F&I experience preferred.


• We will consider exceptional automotive sales professionals with a proven track record.


• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.


• Customer-first attitude with high ethical standards.


• Professional appearance and strong organizational skills.


• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
