Federal Staffing SME (Onsite in DC)

Summary:

FYI is seeking a federal staffing SME to work with hiring managers on implementing new OPM merit hiring processes.

Requirements:

• Recent experience conducting job analysis and developing assessments from scratch.


• Recent experience developing processes or procedures to implement new OPM Merit Hiring policies in an agency or recently performed Staffing Specialist duties in an agency that has recently implemented new OPM Merit hiring practices.

Preferred skills/experience

• Project management


• Training


• Consultation with hiring managers and senior management support


• Strong written/verbal communication


• SOP/Policy development


• IO Psychology or related background with experience developing scientifically sound job assessments AND federal staffing experience (Staffing Specialist or consultation supporting Staffing)
