We’re Hiring: Fidelity Insurance Coverage Associate – Dallas, TX

Our Fidelity, Surety & Coverage business unit is seeking talented Associate-level attorneys (1–5+ years of experience) to join our Dallas, TX team. Whether you’re an ambitious junior associate or a seasoned mid-level litigator, we have an opportunity tailored for you!

Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle complex, large-dollar insurance coverage disputes in federal courts
  




• Evaluate professional-lines coverage claims, including professional liability and crime insurance
  




• Take and defend depositions, manage hearings, and draft substantive motions
  




• Collaborate in a team-based setting to deliver top-tier legal advice
  

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 1 - 4 + years (junior) or 5+ years (mid-level) of federal court litigation
  




• Specialty: Professional-lines insurance coverage experience (crime insurance helpful but not required)
  




• Skills: Exceptional written and oral communication, strong analytical ability
  




• Credentials: Strong academic record and a passion for excellence
  




• Teamwork: Ability to thrive in a collaborative, agile environment
  

Compensation & Benefits:

• Junior Associate (1–4 yrs): $150,000–$165,000
  




• Mid-Level Associate (5+ yrs): $170,000–$200,000
  




• Annual discretionary bonus eligibility
