Zaxby’s is hiring Field Ambassadors to serve dine-in guests and deliver

made-to-order meals to catering customers throughout the Richmond area. Be part

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests in a professional, friendly manner
• Take guest orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare food and beverages according to company standards
• Deliver catering orders promptly and safely
• Maintain a clean, organized work and dining area
• Handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing concerns quickly and courteously
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Comfortable using kitchen equipment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (for delivery duties)

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to bend, stoop, and reach as needed
