Job Description - Field and Events Marketing Manager- Hybrid

About Virima

Virima is a leading provider of IT visibility and service
management solutions that help organizations discover, map, manage, and
optimize their IT environments. Our platform gives customers the intelligence
they need to improve service delivery, strengthen operational control, and make
better decisions across complex technology ecosystems.

As Virima continues to grow, we are looking for a strategic,
results-oriented Field & Events Marketing Manager to lead our field
marketing and event programs. This role will play an important part in
expanding brand awareness, generating pipeline, supporting sales and partner
initiatives, and creating meaningful engagement with prospects and customers.

Position Summary

Virima is seeking a US eastern time zone-based (Atlanta area preferred) Field
& Events Marketing Manager
to develop and execute programs that drive
awareness, engagement, and pipeline across target markets and accounts.

This role will own Virima’s event strategy while also
supporting broader field marketing initiatives, including regional campaigns,
account-based marketing programs, partner co-marketing, webinars, customer
engagement, and sales-aligned demand generation.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on. You
should be comfortable developing marketing programs, working closely with
sales, managing events from concept through execution, and measuring the impact
of those programs on pipeline and revenue.

This is an opportunity to help build and scale Virima’s
field marketing function while maintaining ownership of a high-impact event
portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop
and execute field marketing programs aligned with Virima’s revenue,
    pipeline, and market expansion goals.
  • Partner
closely with sales leadership and account teams to identify priority
regions, accounts, industries, and opportunities for targeted marketing
    programs.
  • Build

partner programs, webinars, and account-based initiatives.
  • Develop
programs designed to create new opportunities, accelerate existing
pipeline, and deepen engagement within strategic accounts.
  • Identify

  • Manage
end-to-end event execution, including sponsorships, booth planning,
registration, vendors, promotional materials, shipping, staffing, travel,
    and on-site logistics.
  • Develop
pre-event, during-event, and post-event engagement strategies designed to
    maximize meetings, leads, and pipeline.
  • Ensure
a consistent and professional Virima brand experience across all event
    touchpoints.

Demand Generation and Account-Based Marketing

  • Partner
with demand generation and sales teams to create integrated campaigns that
    support field and event programs.

    media, webinars, and sales outreach.
  • Create
programs that help sales engage key stakeholders throughout the buying
    journey.

Sales Alignment and Pipeline Development

  • Work
closely with sales teams to identify target accounts, campaign priorities,
    meeting opportunities, and follow-up strategies.

roundtables, webinars, advisory programs, and customer advocacy
    activities.
