Bordner Home Improvement is looking for a driven, outgoing Canvass Team Lead to help lead our field marketing team. If you're a natural leader who enjoys meeting people, coaching others, and being rewarded for results, this could be the opportunity for you!

What You'll Do

As a Team Lead, you'll help your team succeed while continuing to build your own results.

  Lead and motivate a team of field marketing representatives.

  
  


• 
  

  Work alongside your team in local neighborhoods, connecting with homeowners.

  
  


• 
  

  Coach team members on communication, engagement, and appointment-setting techniques.

  
  


• 
  

  Track team performance and help identify opportunities for improvement.

  
  


• 
  

  Set appointments for in-home design consultations and help your team reach their goals.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with training and onboarding new team members.

  
  


• 
  

  Build positive relationships with homeowners and represent Bordner professionally.

  
  


• 
  

  Work a full-time schedule with weekday and weekend availability.
