Field Landman Northwest New Mexico

Engagement: 1099 Contract | Start: Mid-June 2026 | Location: On-site in Northwest New Mexico (not remote)

Paramount Field Services is staffing a project in Northwest New Mexico and is hiring field landmen to work at county courthouses and abstract plants in the region. This is a boots-on-the-ground role — not a remote desk role. You will work from a tract list provided by the project team, sourcing and pulling documents that are not available online and feeding them back to a remote title team.

Local candidates are strongly preferred. Out-of-area candidates willing to travel and stay on-site for the project duration will also be considered (per diem provided for travelers).

This is not an entry-level position, and on-site training will not be available. You should already know your way around a New Mexico courthouse and abstract plant on day one.
