ROLE SUMMARY
This Director‑level role supports and facilitates medical analytics and insights activities aligned with Field Medical Excellence guidance to enhance the effectiveness of U.S. Field Medical and Medical Affairs organizations. The role applies foundational and advanced analytics, real‑world evidence, and customer insights to inform medical strategy, identify care gaps, and support improvements in patient care across assigned categories and business units.
In close alignment with Field Medical Excellence priorities, the role partners with U.S. medical teams, business units, and analytics colleagues to support the definition of outcomes of interest, assess medical impact, and translate insights into practical actions that enable efficient and compliant field execution. The role serves as a medical analytics resource and point of contact, providing informed perspectives on the healthcare landscape, organized health systems, and customer needs to support data‑driven medical decision‑making.
Core responsibilities include supporting medical impact analytics processes, evaluating workflows and care pathways within healthcare systems, and facilitating identification of unmet medical needs that inform medical strategy and tactics. The role enables the objective and scientifically sound use of real‑world data to support appropriate use of medicines, external collaborations, and evidence‑based customer engagement, consistent with medical professionalism standards.
The position also supports the planning and execution of medical insights strategies for assigned categories, including facilitation of Customer Insights Working Groups (CIWGs). This includes translating DFOs and other data sources into actionable insights, supporting standardized insight‑to‑action processes, enabling field training efforts, and maintaining data integrity across CRM and insights platforms. Clear, timely communication of medical insights and impact to Field Medical stakeholders is a key focus.
Overall, the role facilitates collaboration, analytical rigor, and continuous improvement while managing multiple priorities and ensuring alignment with Field Medical Excellence strategy and medical governance.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $176,600.00 to $294,300.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
