Field Operations Manager

Overview

We are seeking a Field Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate the planning, execution, and support of humanitarian and mission-critical operations. This role serves as a key liaison between field teams, logistics partners, vendors, donors, and organizational leadership to ensure aid and resources are delivered efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate is highly organized, mission-driven, and experienced in managing complex operations in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational performance and meet organisational goals.
• Coordinate with various teams to optimise resource allocation and logistics.
• Monitor field activities, providing guidance and support to staff as necessary.
• Analyse operational data and generate reports to inform decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Public Administration, Emergency Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of operations, logistics, program management, or field coordination experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Occasional travel may be required.
