Working closely with Territory Managers, you\u2019ll help maintain market share across existing accounts while delivering exceptional service and clinical support. This includes conducting in-services and assisting with training initiatives to elevate the team\u2019s performance and customer experience.\n\n \n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Strengthen key account relationships through regular customer visits, product demonstrations, educational programs, in-services, procedural observation, and issue resolution\n * Engage with a broad range of stakeholders including physicians, nurses, technicians, materials management, hospital administration, and infection control\n * Collaborate with Territory Managers, Sales Management, HEMA, and cross-functional teams to assess business conditions and sales trends\n * Drive utilization of targeted technologies across assigned accounts\n * Demonstrate clinical excellence in relevant disease states\n * Develop and execute proactive service plans with the Region Manager and team to maintain market share and enhance customer satisfaction\n * Support professional education initiatives by participating in on-site and field training workshops\n * Identify opportunities to present Boston Scientific solutions that drive regional sales activity\n * Provide timely updates to the Regional Manager on business plans, competitive landscape, and industry trends\n * Manage expense and promotional budgets in accordance with company guidelines\n * Prepare comprehensive account-level plans aligned with the Urology Division\u2019s strategic goals\n * Leverage sales enablement tools such as Salesforce and Tableau to optimize performance\n * Maintain accurate records of expenses, customer interactions, and field reports\n * Submit all required administrative documentation promptly\n * Conduct all sales activities in compliance with Travel \u0026 Entertainment (T\u0026E) guidelines, AdvaMed policies, and company integrity standards\n * Participate in occasional weekend and evening trade shows or meetings\n * Commit to travel requirements, typically 40\u201350%\n\n\n\n \n\nRequired Qualifications\n\n * Self-starter with strong leadership qualities and high coachability\n * Proven ability to set priorities and manage time effectively\n * Skilled in building and maintaining customer relationships\n * Flexible and adaptable to change; able to align work with strategic goals\n * Energetic, enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and determined\n * Thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment\n\n\n\n \n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\n * Minimum 1 year of successful B2B sales experience\n * Completion of a formal sales training program or relevant degree\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree\n * Must reside within the assigned territory\n\n\n\n.\n\nRequisition ID: 629093\n\nThe anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be $66,000 to $81,000, plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com.
