• ✅ Hands-on installs & repairs – Roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and doors—you know the drill.


• ✅ Own your projects – Plan it. Execute it. Deliver it with precision.

• ✅ Problem solver in the field – Spot extra issues, call them out, and help us fix them right.


• ✅ Tech-friendly – Snap pics, log reports, and update job progress with Company Cam.


• ✅ Team player – Work closely with production leaders to keep jobs on time and top quality.


• ✅ Safety always – Follow safety standards and stay sharp on the job, no matter the weather.

🧰 What You Bring:

• 🔧 3+ years experience in roofing, siding, gutters, windows, or door installation


• 🧠 Smart and resourceful – You know how to troubleshoot and get it done right the first time


• 🗣️ Clear, confident communication – You’re professional on every job site


• 💻 Comfort with tech – Familiar with Company Cam, CRMs, or willing to learn


• 💪 Physically ready – Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on various roof pitches


• 🚗 Valid driver’s license – With a clean record—you’ll be mobile and trusted
