Field Service Technician

Job Description:

• Servicing, testing, inspecting, and repairing ceiling lift track systems following manufacturer specifications.


• Swaps or exchanging components of equipment.


• Troubleshoot low voltage electrical issues.


• Conducts quality control/spot checks within your region.


• Meets all local, state and federal code requirements.


• Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues


• Performing preventative maintenance and safety checks 


• Interacting with hospital staff to schedule inspections and service including to discuss their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Previous experience in servicing, testing, inspecting, and repairing ceiling lift track systems preferred.


• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
