Field Service Technician - Greece & EMEA

Support customers across Greece and, when required, assist with selected service activities in the wider EMEA region. Deliver excellent service to customers by ensuring clear communication, professionalism, and strong technical support. Collaborate with senior engineers on complex issues and escalate technical challenges when needed. Document service activities, write technical reports, and ensure accurate maintenance records. Coordinate with subcontractors or other on‑site teams when required to complete service tasks. Maintain tools, equipment, and service documentation in good working order. Support continuous improvement by sharing field observations and feedback with the service team. Technical education in electrical installation or a related field, along with relevant certifications. 5+ years of experience working with UPS systems; experience in data‑center environments is a strong advantage. Fluency in Greek and English (spoken and written). Three phase electrical installation and commissioning experience essential. Working knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, SNMP, OPC, DDE, TCP/IP an advantage. Programming of PLC control systems (Power Control, Generator Control, SCADA, or process control) an advantage Good understanding of switch panels.
