Field Services Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule and coordinate installation appointments with clients and field technicians

- Communicate effectively with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of products

- Monitor installation progress and resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues

- Maintain accurate records of installations, customer interactions, and other required documentation 

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in scheduling, coordination, or project management

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or administrative training is a plus
