Field Services Manager

Position Summary:
The Field Services Manager role acts as a key operational partner in executing project logistics, managing resources, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction across N-RG Cladding projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• The Field Services Manager oversees daily field operations, including project scheduling, resource allocation, and on-site coordination.
• Support the planning and execution of deliveries, ensuring timely, accurate, and safe transportation of materials and equipment.
• Monitor field activities to ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and project specifications.
• Communicate with project teams, vendors, and subcontractors to coordinate operational needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide operational insights to the Field Services Manager.
• Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other business units to ensure alignment of field operations with company goals and client expectations.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in construction, field operations, logistics, or related roles.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of construction materials, delivery logistics, and field operations preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with teams, vendors, and clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and scheduling/project management software.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in cladding, glazing, or architectural construction projects.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and OSHA standards.
• Ability to learn new systems and software quickly.
