Field Supervisor

RBT Roofing is seeking a Field Supervisor to support and lead commercial roofing projects across multiple job sites. This is a hands-on, field-based role responsible for coordinating crews, maintaining job site safety and organization, and ensuring roofing systems are installed according to specifications and quality standards.

This position requires extensive travel, with supervisors spending approximately 70% of the year on the road supporting projects.
