Field Supervisor - HVAC, Refrigeration & Cooking Equipment

As the Field Supervisor you will utilize your extensive field experience, skills, honesty, and work ethic to better Mico Cooling Corp. for its clients and employees. Work in close conjunction with Operations Manager to ensure the continued success and profitability of the company. This position is primarily field based with office work as needed.  Successful candidate MUST HAVE AT LEAST 8-10 YEARS of related field experience in HVAC/R and have the ability to successfully pass a fingerprint and background check. 

 HVAC/R Field Supervisor Role:

• Primary responsibility of field HVAC/R and cooking equipment personnel.


• Authority to hire, reward, discipline, and terminate field personnel as needed for the good of the company.


• Primary responsibility to ensure manpower needs for service and maintenance work.


• Responsibility to ensure after hours/weekend calls are completed in a prompt and efficient manner


• Work with installation/job department on manpower, material, and equipment needs to ensure timely completion of all company work.


• Responsible for continued training/education of technicians

• Review callback and incomplete ticket reports with technicians to assist them in bettering their skill level and performance.


• Assist in creating and upholding company policies and procedures.


• Address callbacks with technicians.


• Assist in on call scheduling, responsibilities.


• Perform performance reviews every year for each technician. Perform 90 day review if promised.


• Works with management team to ensure client satisfaction.
