The File Management Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Commercial division. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining collateral files associated with Commercial loans. These functions will include but not limited to, receiving and accurately scanning loan files post-closing as well as uploading of files into online filing application, responses to file requests which may include delivering of physical file to onsite Associates or research of files and delivering requests via electronically. In addition, the incumbent will contribute to the maintenance of onsite storage room including accurate filing of loans, movement of files and pulling and shipping of loan files as required. The incumbent will have a good working knowledge of Commercial loan documentation. The File Room Specialist will need to perform research as needed and escalate issues in a timely manner. Other duties or special projects assigned.

Salary Range:
$42,289.00 - $69,475.00Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate’s experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
