Film Installer: General - Window Film, Vinyl Wrap, Paint Protection Film

Midwest Tinting is seeking detail-oriented and motivated installers responsible for the installation of one or all of the following categories

- Automotive Window Tint

- Vinyl Wrap

- Paint Protection Film

- Architectural Window Film 

• Maintain professional standards of work ethic, reliability and communication. 
• Work as a team to prep vehicles and install film: minimize material waste. 
• High level attention to detail - Inspect finished product for debris, gaps, contamination, and distortion; ensure work meets company standards before vehicle release. 
• Communicate with team members to manage workflow and schedule
• Assist with shop cleanliness, safety and organization. 
• Provide excellent customer service interactions as needed. 
• Follow all company processes, safety standards, and installation procedures
• Effectively utilize CRM via required mobile/desktop applications for documentation, inventory, production, and scheduling
• Use Timekeeping system for company communication, clock in/out accurately including lunches and correct labor department daily
