At MASA, we're expanding into a multi-product organization, bringing supplemental insurance solutions to market, beginning with final expense as our first product. MASA is actively investing in seminar-based growth throughout Orlando, creating ongoing opportunities for experienced field sales professionals who want to build and grow their business within a structured, lead-driven sales environment.

What You Will Do

Reporting to our Sales Manager, Supplemental Insurance Solutions, you will:

• Close in the room: present final expense whole life insurance to senior audiences at restaurant and event-based seminars, converting attendees and provided leads into issued policies.
• Run disciplined follow-up with attendees who don't buy at the seminar itself, keeping every prospect moving through your pipeline.
• Qualify prospects correctly up front by applying underwriting guidelines and quoting tools, so business issues without delays.
• Complete applications and disclosures cleanly and compliantly, protecting your commissions from avoidable chargebacks.
• Keep your CRM current so your pipeline data reflects reality, not guesswork.
• Represent MASA professionally, building trust fast with senior consumers who've heard a hundred pitches before yours.

What You Bring

• Active Florida 2-15 license (Health, Life, and Variable Annuity), or ability to obtain before start.
• 2+ years of field-based insurance sales: final expense experience strongly preferred, and you should be ready to talk about your actual weekly submitted and issued numbers.
• A track record of closing in front of a room, not just over the phone or at a kitchen table.
• Strong objection-handling and rapport-building skills with senior audiences specifically.
• A flexible schedule, Monday through Friday, with availability for seminars at varying times of day. Some weeks may have none, others several, averaging around two per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and is recognized accordingly.

• A starting schedule of roughly 10 booked, filled seminars per month, averaging about two per week and scheduled Monday through Friday, most often over lunch; qualified leads at no cost to you, with advance notice of seminar dates and times so you can plan around them, and room to grow as you build production.

• Full transparency on contract level, advance percentage, and bonus structure before you sign anything, plus in-field training to get you up to speed fast.
