Finance Director — Earl Stewart Toyota

Earl Stewart Toyota is seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead our Finance & Insurance department. This role is responsible for developing the F&I team, delivering a clear and respectful customer experience, and maintaining strong financial performance and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and hold F&I managers accountable for performance and customer service.


• Oversee financing, leasing, protection product presentations, and contract completion.


• Build productive relationships with lenders and maintain competitive financing options.


• Monitor deal flow, funding, contracts in transit, product performance, and chargebacks.


• Partner with sales leadership to improve the handoff from vehicle selection through delivery.


• Ensure accurate paperwork and consistent compliance with applicable laws, lender requirements, and dealership policies.


• Review department results, identify opportunities, and implement practical improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven automotive F&I management experience; Finance Director experience preferred.


• Strong knowledge of dealership financing, leasing, lender relationships, and F&I compliance.


• Demonstrated ability to coach a team and improve results.


• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.


• Commitment to treating customers fairly and making the purchase process easy to understand.
