Sky Chevrolet Provo is seeking an experienced, results-driven Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our growing team. We're looking for a professional who excels at helping customers secure financing while delivering an exceptional buying experience and maintaining the highest standards of compliance.

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Present finance, lease, warranty, protection, and aftermarket product options to customers.

  
  


• 
  

  Secure financing through a network of banks, credit unions, and lenders.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure all transactions comply with federal, state, and dealership regulations.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain high finance product penetration while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare and process finance contracts accurately and efficiently.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor deal funding and ensure timely completion of all paperwork.

  
  


• 
  

  Partner with the sales team to create a seamless customer experience.

  
  


• 
  

  Build and maintain strong lender relationships.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain excellent CSI while maximizing dealership profitability.

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Previous Automotive Finance Manager experience required.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong understanding of automotive finance, lender programs, and compliance.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with Dealertrack, RouteOne, and dealership management systems preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  
  


• 
  

  Professional appearance and positive attitude.

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Compensation

$100,000-$165,000+ Annually 

Compensation is based on experience, production, and performance.
