• Maintain accurate records and reports related to F&I transactions.


• Negotiate with lenders and insurance providers to obtain the best rates and terms.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an F&I Manager in a new car dealership environment.


• Strong knowledge of vehicle financing, insurance products, and regulatory requirements.


• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.


• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
