Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive financing options for customers.


• Analyze customers’ financial information to recommend appropriate loan and lease programs.


• Negotiate financing terms with customers and lenders to facilitate vehicle purchases.


• Work closely with sales staff to ensure a smooth transaction process from start to finish.


• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations regarding automotive financing.


• Manage the finance desk operations, including documentation and reporting.


• Coach and train sales and finance staff on financing products and processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager in an auto dealership or related field.


• Strong knowledge of auto loan and lease products as well as finance and insurance regulations.


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer interactions.


• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.


• Proficiency with dealership management software and Microsoft Office Suite.


• High school diploma or equivalent; additional finance-related certification is a plus.


• valid drivers license


• 5+ years automotive retail


• must pass a background check
