Job Description - Financial Advisor

An ideal candidate would have the following:



  1. Be open minded and willing to learn our process for working with clients and developing their business.

  2. Either have a series 65/66 license or capable of passing the test.

  3. A current client base and/or relationships with 50 plus people. Client could be insurance, securities, advisory, tax preparation, etc. or any financial service relationship.

  4. History of success, professional, and believes in planning and goal setting.

  5. Really cares about helping people and providing solutions that are best for their clients.

  6. Understands that the financial services business is rapidly changing.

  7. Wants to convert from “selling a product” to building long term value based relationships.

  8. Positive Attitude

  9. Financially Stable
