We are an established, fee-only independent wealth management firm located in the Rocky Point area of Tampa, FL. Our firm is celebrating our 41st year of business providing high level service to individuals and families. Our close-knit team of three is serving approximately 150 households, providing comprehensive planning and investment management to attorneys, business owners, executives, retirees and their families, often across generations. We feel strongly about running our business with a deep service model and offering a variety of services including in-depth tax planning. We believe that building long-term, trusting relationships is of the utmost importance.
As we continue to grow, we are looking to add an experienced Financial Advisor to join our team and become an important part of the future of the firm. This is not a business development role where you will be expected to arrive with a book of business or spend your time prospecting. Instead, you will step into a practice with established client relationships. The goal of this role is to support the Lead Advisor and their clients with financial planning, client meetings, reporting, and ongoing service. You will act as a primary point of contact for clients, CPAs, and attorneys. You will have the opportunity to build trusted relationships, provide thoughtful financial guidance, and help clients navigate important financial decisions.
We need you to have enough experience in front of clients so that you are comfortable and confident in almost any scenario. You are an extraordinary communicator and calm under pressure. You have a high degree of empathy, and people trust you easily because you are genuine and live to serve others. You are a self-starter, taking initiative and having impeccable follow-through. You pay great attention to detail. You want to be a master of your craft, and you are the type of person who is always looking to better yourself. You are always looking for ways we can improve our client experience and education.
