Job Overview:

As a Financial Analyst at SIKKY MANUFACTURING, you will play a key role in ensuring the financial health and success of our company. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, creating reports, and providing insights and recommendations to help drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct financial analysis and create reports on key performance indicators such as revenue, expenses, and profitability.

- Monitor and track financial data to identify trends and variances, and provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain financial models and budgets.

- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management and external stakeholders.

- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to inform business decisions.

- Support the development and implementation of financial strategies and initiatives to drive growth and profitability.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

- Participate in the preparation and review of financial forecasts and projections.

- Assist with ad-hoc financial projects and tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive industry.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other financial software.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Attention to detail and accuracy.

- CPA or CFA certification is a plus.
