Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Analyst to join our team. The Financial Analyst will play a key role in analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, and providing insights to support decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support business decisions

- Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements

- Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement

- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting and forecasting processes

- Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and potential risks

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes

- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial plans

- Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between actual and budgeted financial results

- Participate in financial audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in financial regulations to ensure compliance and inform decision-making processes

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or related role

- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems is a plus

- CPA or CFA certification is a plus
