Financial Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial
Analyst to support accounting processes and financial reporting. Strong
accounting knowledge and proficiency in Excel and SAP are preferred. Ideal candidate
is proactive, results-driven, and ready to contribute to a dynamic team in a
growing enterprise.

Essential Functions:

·        Process
monthly direct-to-customer and FedEx-related fee journal entries.

·        Reconcile
and perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end accounting entries.

·        Support
Kress brand Warranty, Returns, and AR disputes.

·        Maintain
and review Kress brand daily reporting.

·        SAP
maintenance and support for pricing of retail customers.

·        Prepare
and analyze sales reports for internal teams.

·        Review
customer programs and commissions to support monthly accruals.

·        Provide
weekly billing report for 3^rd Party review.

·        Assist
Finance Managers and Finance VP with ad hoc projects as needed.

Requirements

Education
and Experience:

·        Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
or a combination of education and relevant work experience.

·        Minimum of 2 years in a financial or
accounting position is required.

·        A working knowledge of accounting
principles is required.

·        Experience using SAP or any other ERP
system is preferred.

·        Proficient in Excel.

·        Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills and attention
to detail

·        Results-oriented and thrives working either independently or as
part of a team.

·        Comfortable interacting with all levels of employees and
departments

·        Proactively seeks opportunities to broaden and deepen knowledge
base and proficiencies.

·        Adept at managing changing priorities and projects, clarifying
priority regularly.
