This position will be located at the Clearfield, UT facility. This position is supporting the ICBM/GSSC program in the Strategic Deterrent Systems (SDS) Division.\n\nPosition Responsibilities\n\n * Performs research and studies subjects such as rates of return, investments, and financial and expense comparisons by analysis of profit and loss statements, balance sheet, and income statements. \n * Prepares reports of findings and recommendations to management. \n * Develops, maintains, and establishes operational specifications for financial information systems considering such things as information flow, volume, and document format for data processing equipment. \n * May provide analysis on business development and may monitor business performance by unit or division.\n * Setup, monitoring, and controlling program costs.\n * Estimate at completion and forecast related activities.\n * Performing miscellaneous financial analysis as required.\n\n\n\nBasic Qualifications\n\n * A minimum of 2 years of experience in Business, Finance, Accounting, Cost Accounting and/or Aerospace \u0026 Defense Business-related experience with a bachelor\u2019s degree; 1 year of experience with master\u2019s degree; or 6 years of relevant experience may be considered with a High School diploma (or equivalent) in lieu of a degree.\n * Requires experience with MS Office Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. \n * Requires experience with an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) tool, Business Intelligence \u0026 Analytics tool. \n * Project Management \u0026 Planning tool and/or Collaboration \u0026 Integration tools.\n * US Citizenship is required with the ability to obtain and maintain a US Secret Security Clearance\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\n * Active DoD Secret level security clearance.\n * Experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration. \n * Experience with IBM Cognos Analytics.\n * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools.\n * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\n * Experience managing and analyzing project costs \n * Experience supporting contracts with EVMS requirements\n * Working knowledge of S4.\n\n\n\nPosition Benefits\n\nAs a full-time employee of Northrop Grumman Defense Systems, you are eligible for our robust benefits package including:\n\n * Medical, Dental \u0026 Vision coverage\n * 401k\n * Educational Assistance\n * Life Insurance\n * Employee Assistance Programs \u0026 Work/Life Solutions\n * Paid Time Off\n * Health \u0026 Wellness Resources\n * Employee Discounts \n\n\n\nThis position\u2019s standard work schedule is a 9/80A. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.\n\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $65,500.00 - $98,300.00\n\nThe above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate\u0027s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.\n\nDepending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.\n\nThe application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
