Financial controller (Tech stream)

The Business Controller is a part of the Financial Planning and Analysis Department. In this position, you will provide financial and commercial support to Kyivstar’s technical and commercial functions in terms of financial modeling, business forecasting and performance measurement. In addition, you will collaborate with various operational teams, executive staff, finance and strategic teams of the Group.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Manage the capital investment process through critical assessment of technical/commercial projects followed by post-implementation review;


• Collaborate with the financial planning team on long-term planning, budgeting and forecasting;


• Conduct monthly financial analysis across various business areas and segments to make management decisions;


• Provide dedicated support to senior management to ensure transparency of financial results and business performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in finance, engineering, mathematics and other related fields;


• 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in large 4, consulting companies or multinational corporations;


• Knowledge of financial theory, business valuation and profitability;


• Proficient in Excel and PPT;


• VBA and SQL are a strong plus;


• Working level of English, both written and spoken;


• Professional certification (CFA, ACCA, CIMA, etc.) will be a plus.
