What You'll Do: As a Finish Dozer Operator, you’ll be an essential part of our construction projects, helping ensure that grading and leveling are done to perfection. You’ll operate state-of-the-art equipment, work alongside a dedicated team, and have a direct impact on the success of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Equipment with Precision: Use finish dozers and skid steers with GPS to complete grading and leveling according to project specifications.
• Prioritize Safety: Follow all safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your team.
• Maintain Equipment: Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Achieve Accurate Grading: Ensure that grading and leveling are performed accurately, following blueprints and project requirements.
• Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with project managers, supervisors, and other team members to meet deadlines and project goals.
• Communicate Clearly: Keep open lines of communication with your team, updating them on progress, challenges, and equipment needs.
• Problem-Solve:      Tackle any challenges that arise in the grading process with effective      solutions.
• Document Your Work: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, inspections, and maintenance performed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment, including dozers and skid steers.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with your team and      supervisors.
• Reliable transportation to commute to various job sites.
• Ability to perform physical labor and remain active throughout the workday.
• Strong time management skills to stay organized and meet deadlines.
