Finished Goods Leader

As Finished Goods Leader, you are responsible for all phases of facility storage distribution and finished goods operation in a safe and efficient manner.

You Will

• Assures the internal and external flow of finished goods or raw materials is maintained on all shifts/all days.
• Coordinates work flow and personnel between finished goods and raw materials warehouses as needed to meet site needs.
• Maintains target level inventory accuracies.
• Evaluates work performance of Assistant Warehouse Leaders to ensure all warehouse responsibilities are met. 
• Continued focus on Site’s quality, reliability, scrap and safety goals are maintained at all times.
• Other job-related duties as assigned.

You Have:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.  Associate’s Degree is preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing warehouse experience

• Sit-down forklift operating experience, as well as experience using an RF scanner

• Demonstrated ability to be an effective leader & role model

• Ability to utilize Excel to create reports and charts

• Experience utilizing an ERP system, with a strong preference for SAP
