Finisher / Multi-Trade Construction Technician

Lakeside Structures is hiring a Finisher / Multi-Trade Technician to handle final-phase construction work and punch-out items. This role is for someone who’s hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable jumping between trades to get a job across the finish line.

• Perform finish and punch-out work on active construction projects
  

• Interior and exterior painting and touch-ups
  

• Basic electrical (fixtures, outlets, switches – no journeyman license required)
  

• Framing adjustments, blocking, and minor structural work
  

• Install and adjust trim, hardware, doors, and miscellaneous components
  

• Identify and correct quality issues before project close-out
  

• Assist other crews as needed to keep jobs moving
  

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in construction finishing or multi-trade work
  

• Solid working knowledge of painting, framing, and basic electrical
  

• Able to troubleshoot and solve problems without constant supervision
  

• Comfortable working at heights (ladders, lifts, scaffolding)
  

• Able to work outdoors in Texas weather
  

• Capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing physical work
  

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
  

• Strong attention to detail and pride in finished work
