The Program Analyst supports Relationship Managers in managing and overseeing Celtic Bank’s Strategic Lending Partnerships (SLP) with fintech, specialty finance, and credit card companies. The program analyst serves as a secondary point of contact, or backup relationship manager, for assigned partners; coordinates the review and approval of program materials and documentation; and supports new partner onboarding, business development, and regulatory exams and audits. This role keeps SLP partnerships running accurately day to day, alongside the Relationship Manager’s strategic oversight.

WHAT YOU’LL DO AT CELTIC BANK
Supports Relationship Managers in managing and overseeing assigned Strategic Lending Partnerships, serving as a secondary point of contact, or backup relationship manager, for each assigned partner.
Reviews and coordinates approval of program materials and documentation, including marketing materials, loan applications, policies, procedures, and legal documents.
Maintains and updates program documentation and tracking records in SLP systems.
Tracks and reports on the resolution of partner issues, improvement opportunities, and best-practice enhancements, coordinating with Bank departments and strategic partners as needed.
Supports Bank management during regulatory exams, internal audits, and ongoing monitoring, including preparing reporting packages and ad hoc data pulls in Excel.
Supports the business development process and acquisition of new strategic partnerships.
Supports the implementation and onboarding of new strategic partnerships, including assembling due diligence files and coordinating system access setup.
Requirements
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO DO IT
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, or a minimum of 2 years of consumer and/or commercial financing experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; assertive self-starter who is highly organized and able to work independently.
Able to manage multiple open items and deadlines across several partner accounts in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision.
Solid working knowledge of standard computer systems and software, including Microsoft Excel.
Ability to build and execute operational processes, and flexibility to travel occasionally (less than 10% of the time) or work outside standard hours to complete special projects.
Preferred:
Credit card industry experience.
Experience with Salesforce, Monday.com, or similar CRM or project-tracking tools.
Familiarity with lending or bank regulatory concepts, such as fair lending, UDAAP, or third-party risk management.

Work Model: The employee in this position will work either a fully Onsite, or Hybrid work model. All employees, regardless of location, may be required to travel to the Salt Lake City office for mandatory company meetings, events, or related occasions.
Utah-based employees: Hybrid work schedule available after initial training period in our Salt Lake City, Utah office – department and job requirements will determine eligibility.
